It’s time. Your hands have been busy creating, nurturing, working and loving. Oh, and your heart!  There has been much happening there. You feel inspired. Or maybe it's inspiration that you seek. It’s time to step away from your ordinary and join us for a day or two at the annual Utah Doula Association Fall Retreat. Allow this powerful circle of women to feed you body and soul. Ignite your fire within. You belong here. Welcome, sister.

Morning events for overnight guests:

  • 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM:  Sunrise Yoga with Utah Prenatal Yoga
  • 9 AM:  Breakfast

Check-in for day atendees

  • 10 AM:  Introductions - State your intention opening circle
  • 10 AM - 1 PM:  FREE Chiropractic Adjustments Throughout by Dr. Mark Gunn w/ The Works
  • 11 AM:  Opening Meditation w/ Sue Rose Crowder
  • 12 PM:  Living Rhythm Sacred Birth Dance w/ Kylie Finlinson Power
  • 1 PM:  Lunch: UDA Potluck & Recipe Swap
  • 1PM - 3PM: FREE Professional Headshots Offered by Elizabeth Ashdown
  • 3 PM:  Sacred Pregnancy Empowermwent Word Paintings w/ Sue Rose Crowder
  • 5 PM:  Energy Work w/ Reiki Community Circle
  • 5 PM - 9 PM:  FREE Private Reiki Sessions Throughout by Tracy Cash w/ Reiki Community Circle
  • 7 PM:  Dinner
  • 9 PM:  Close the day w/ Sue Rose Crowder

Sunday:

  • 7:00 - 8:30 AM:  Sunrise Yoga with Utah Prenatal Yoga

  • 11 AM: Check-out
